Service Commitment
Yueng Shing offers the Three Guarantees service.
Under normal storage, transportation, maintenance, and usage conditions by the customer, if the product cannot function properly due to manufacturing defects, we will provide the “Three Guarantees” service (warranty, return, and exchange).
Quickly respond to and resolve issues
Upon receipt of quality-related feedback, we will provide a handling recommendation within 8 hours and ensure on-site resolution within 48 hours. Once normal operations are restored, we will conduct a root-cause analysis and assign responsibility accordingly.
Provide technical and qualification certificates
Yueng Shing Valve Industry can provide the necessary technical documentation and product certificates of conformity for its manufactured products.
Provide technical training after sales
Provide spare parts, components, and installation, commissioning, and maintenance services in a timely manner in accordance with customer requirements or contractual agreements, and conduct technical training for relevant customer personnel.
Coordinate with the customer for on-site acceptance.
For large-scale engineering projects, production, testing, and inspection shall be organized in accordance with the requirements of the tender documents, and on-site acceptance by the client shall be coordinated.
Standard industry-standard production
Raw materials and components are procured, and products are manufactured and inspected in strict accordance with both international and domestic industry standards.
Service Description
If, during the use of the product, a customer discovers that it is not functioning properly, they should immediately contact the After-Sales Service Department of the Marketing Center and provide detailed information on the product’s model, specifications, operating environment, nature of the malfunction, date of purchase, and specific service requirements. If the issue remains unresolved after the After-Sales Service Department has proposed a remedial solution, then a technician will be dispatched or other appropriate measures will be taken.
