Cross-type integral valve

Working Principle

When the valve is in the non-operating state, spring force keeps it normally closed (cavity 3 is normally closed), while the lower end remains normally open (channels 1 and 2 are normally open). When the actuator piston is compressed * pressurized gas, the valve opens, allowing the medium from cavity 3 to flow into channels 1 and 2. In the double-acting configuration, the valve’s opening and closing are controlled * compressed air.

Product Advantages

1. Easy to clean

(1) The valve seat is separated from the common cavity, enabling full machining of the internal bore of the common cavity and ensuring smoother flow paths;

(2) A bottom-seal connection design is adopted, and a dust seal is added to the connection–stem assembly to prevent media buildup and residue at the connection threads and stem seal area, there* facilitating cleaning and effectively reducing residual media.

2. The modular installation is convenient, allowing for both left–right linear combinations and front–back orientation combinations.
