Installation and Wiring

The ESV series explosion-proof solenoid valves feature an flameproof design, come with a built-in junction box, and meet the Ex d II CT6 explosion-proof rating, making them suitable for operation under a wide range of harsh process conditions.

Characteristics

◆Meets both flange-mounted (NAMUR) and pipe-mounted (threaded) installation requirements.

◆ Integrated design of 2/5-way and 2/3-way valves for convenient switching. Can directly control single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuators.

◆ Robust die-cast aluminum alloy housing with excellent surface corrosion resistance.

◆The pilot head can be rotated 90° left or right, facilitating on-site installation.

◆The valve body is equipped with a manual operating mechanism, making commissioning convenient.

◆Stainless steel valve bodies are available as an option.
